Led by Mr. Monroe, an accomplished attorney with over 18 years of experience, we are dedicated to providing skilled representation for workers’ compensation and personal injury claims. As one of only 12 Workers’ Compensation Specialists Certified by the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and one of just two attorneys in Idaho representing injured workers on the Idaho Industrial Commission’s Advisory Committee, Mr. Monroe brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every case.

Education and Professional Accomplishments
Mr. Monroe’s educational background is rooted in legal excellence. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Idaho State University in 1997 before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2001. Building upon his foundation, he furthered his legal acumen by obtaining an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law in 2002.
